Talay Bua Daeng is located in Nong Han Kumphawapi Lake in Nong Lim County and Gong Phra Wapi County, Udon Thani Province in northeastern Thailand. There are millions of red lotus flowers. It was named "the second most beautiful spectacle in the world" by CNN of the United States!

Whenever the blooming season comes, more than half of the entire Nong Han Kumphawapi Lake area will be covered by pink lotus, and the ecology of lotus is not always in full bloom, usually around the early morning, until noon to avoid the sun will appear to be budding appearance.
